Biography
Aditya Assarat was born on January 16, 1972 in Bangkokand studied film production at the University of Southern
California before making his first short film. In 2004, he
was invited to attend the Sundance Director’s Lab, a training
ground for promising filmmakers from around the world.
In 2005, he was chosen to work for one year with Indian
director Mira Nair as part of the Rolex Mentor and Protégé
Arts Initiative. WONDERFUL TOWN is his first feature film.
He is currently working on his new film High Society.
